Lead Teacher
The Kids Collaborative Childcare Center is seeking caring, dedicated, and experienced Lead Teachers to help create meaningful learning experiences for children and families in Northeast Nebraska. This role serves as the primary classroom leader, providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Lead Teachers play an important role in planning age-appropriate learning activities, building strong relationships with families, mentoring classroom staff, and fostering an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
